Quick start + publishing instructions

To publish, upload the HTML to an ordinary website/static host and use the page's real public URL. To provide a PDF, open the saved HTML and use Print → Save as PDF. If you need signups, link the resource or landing page to a real form service with appropriate privacy settings.
