Detailed operating instructions for Presence Studio and Distribution Radar. The difference between an editable project, a finished public asset and a real-world acquisition result matters.

OPERATOR MANUAL 01

Presence Studio — from identity to owned page.

1. Choose the correct format

Link Hub brings multiple resources under one memorable profile. Business Identity answers who you are and why visitors can trust you. Micro Landing prioritises one outcome. Resource Hub organises material people may want again. A different format genuinely changes the exported page composition.

2. Create truthful identity

Fill in the business name, headline, description and only the contact information you wish to be public. Upload a small PNG, JPEG or WebP if desired; the image becomes part of the standalone HTML file. No obligatory external image hosting. Don't upload confidential information.

3. Develop the design

Select a coordinated design recipe, then adjust primary brand colour, background, text and surface colours separately. Brand Smart derives a palette from your selected accent and checks text contrast. Typography, spacing, card treatment, background and hero composition can be independently changed. Remember: the Ghost member theme does not colour your public output.

4. Build content blocks

Create links, services or resources, FAQ answers and social profiles. Move entries up or down and hide or reorder entire sections. Publish material only when it answers a visitor's question or supports a next step. The Link Hub's usefulness depends on real, relevant destinations, not the number of buttons.

5. Inspect and save

Use Desktop, Tablet and Mobile preview. Make sure branding, long link labels and contact controls remain readable. Download Project JSON for your editable source. Download public HTML for the file to publish. These outputs serve different jobs and one does not replace the other.

6. Publish and verify

Upload the downloaded file to your own static hosting and check its public URL. Ghost cannot provide hosting or detect whether you have published. Set a canonical URL only when you know the correct real destination. Register the asset in My Territory manually and test the page from a device other than your own.

7. SEO and schema

Keep title, description and business information honest and specific. Organization and Person structured data is optional and should match reality. Search appearance, indexing and AI citations are outside the local builder's control. No special metadata can guarantee them.

8. Common problems

Can't export: use a real name, replace the sample identity, correct invalid URLs and maintain sufficient text contrast. Link doesn't work: include https:// and verify its destination. Image doesn't appear: use PNG/JPEG/WebP under the stated size limit. Lost work: reopen the saved Project JSON; the published HTML is not the original editable project.

OPERATOR MANUAL 02

Distribution Radar — evidence before enthusiasm.

What the scores mean

Radar compares options using factors you enter. A score is a structured conversation with your own assumptions, not a measurement of live platform reach, a market forecast, or an AI confidence estimate. A high result is useful only when the evidence supporting it is credible.

Working route

Describe your audience and constraints. Inspect the route hypotheses presented, then set your own ratings for fit, accessibility and testability. Note the strongest evidence and the most important unknown. Use the channel shortlist to decide what to investigate first.

Record the first experiment

Translate your preferred option into one permitted, concrete action outside Ghost. Specify what will happen, what observable result would count as useful, the time or money you are willing to spend and when you will review it. Resist upgrading one positive response into proof of a repeatable channel.

Save and hand off

Download the Radar-specific JSON if you want to reopen the same comparisons later. Export a plain-text brief for your immediate next move. These independent tool projects do not automatically appear in Ghost Control or Observatory—record the relevant results yourself.

Evidence hygiene

Distinguish your observations from estimates. A channel may be attractive in theory yet unavailable because of moderation rules, fees, geography, partnerships or expertise. Write “unknown” when you don't know; research that unknown before investing resources.

Troubleshooting

Everything scores similarly: change your assumptions only when there is a reason; otherwise test your biggest unknown. No viable route: expand the buyer habitats, rethink available assets or assess partnerships. Different model next month: save a new project; compare the assumptions and real outcomes rather than simply comparing scores.

WORKED INTEGRATION

One coherent real-world application.

Suppose you sell practical bookkeeping advice to recently self-employed tradespeople. Your first evidence may suggest that trade accountants see this problem early. Use Distribution Radar to compare a specialist partner route with relevant search content and a trade directory. If the partner route appears worth testing, use Presence Studio to prepare a clear business identity page or partner-ready resource hub. Ask one relevant accountant for feedback on what would be genuinely useful to their clients. Record the answer. This is an illustrative route, not a guarantee that accountants will introduce customers.

That short loop—understand the buyer, identify a venue, make an appropriate asset, attempt an introduction, record the result—contains the whole purpose of ACCESS.
