MODULE 01 / PRACTICAL OPERATOR GUIDANCE

Start with one useful outcome

Choose one customer result, a problem you solved or an existing resource. If it is only an idea, label it as a hypothesis. The tools cannot discover customers or make referrals for you.

HOW TO DO IT

Your next action

Open Flywheel Foundry. In “The result worth sharing”, describe a genuine helpful result and the intended audience. A small, specific example is easier to turn into a useful action than a broad promise.

MODULE 02 / PRACTICAL OPERATOR GUIDANCE

Use the demo without confusing it for evidence

Click Load Example in the Foundry to see a fictional example. Review its four-stage loop and the proposed first test. Replace the example before using any numbers or statements in a real campaign.

HOW TO DO IT

Your next action

Demo content is for learning only. The app labels it clearly and keeps the evidence notes editable.

MODULE 03 / PRACTICAL OPERATOR GUIDANCE

Map the loop stages

The Foundry uses four steps: Value delivered, Reason to share, Introduction route and Useful next step. For each, describe what actually happens. A strong loop can be explained aloud without relying on abstract jargon.

HOW TO DO IT

Your next action

Select each stage to edit its action, evidence and weak point. A loop is a proposed process, not an automatic machine.

MODULE 04 / PRACTICAL OPERATOR GUIDANCE

Compare approaches

Test different routes—customer referrals, partners, shared resources and return visits. The Foundry keeps three editable loop candidates so you can compare them with the same criteria.

HOW TO DO IT

Your next action

Ratings represent your judgments, not AI predictions. Unknown counts as unknown. Check the notes before calling a candidate promising.

MODULE 05 / PRACTICAL OPERATOR GUIDANCE

Plan the first real test

Pick one route and describe the smallest appropriate step: ask a happy customer about a useful handout, contact a complementary provider or add a real link to an existing page. Decide how you will know it happened.

HOW TO DO IT

Your next action

Set an action, a date if useful, a source for any evidence and a review question. Do not skip consent.

MODULE 06 / PRACTICAL OPERATOR GUIDANCE

Save and reopen your Foundry project

Use Save Project to download an editable JSON file. Load Project restores the plan and all editable stages. Separate browsers and devices will not automatically share work.

HOW TO DO IT

Your next action

Keep the JSON somewhere you control and update it after each test. A downloaded report is not an editable project.

MODULE 07 / PRACTICAL OPERATOR GUIDANCE

Export a usable plan

Use Preview Full Page to inspect the same report content outside the editing panel. Download an HTML field report or a plain-text plan for your own records or collaborators.

HOW TO DO IT

Your next action

Open the exported file independently. The report describes your own assumptions and observations, not measured business results unless you supplied them.

MODULE 08 / PRACTICAL OPERATOR GUIDANCE

Choose an invitation format

Referral Invitation Studio offers four public-page formats: Customer Referral, Partner Introduction, Share a Resource and Community Invitation. Select the one that fits your actual situation.

HOW TO DO IT

Your next action

Switching formats changes the copy structure and optional sections while keeping your brand choices. Avoid making a partner page when you need a customer referral.

MODULE 09 / PRACTICAL OPERATOR GUIDANCE

Give the invitation your own visual identity

Choose one of eight visual recipes. Adjust your background, text, accent and surface colours; choose card layout and type style. This changes your published page, not Ghost.

HOW TO DO IT

Your next action

Use the desktop, mobile and new-window previews. Check readability of light text on dark backgrounds and vice versa.

MODULE 10 / PRACTICAL OPERATOR GUIDANCE

Edit every visible statement

Set the title, opening, benefit points, optional steps, audience details, CTA label, URL and footer. If you leave an optional section blank, it will not appear in the public output.

HOW TO DO IT

Your next action

The preview uses the same generator as the exported HTML. Do not publish demo claims, invented rewards, endorsements or an unverified link.

MODULE 11 / PRACTICAL OPERATOR GUIDANCE

Export an independent branded page

Save your editable JSON first. Use Download HTML to create a self-contained public page that can be uploaded to your own hosting. A page link only works once you publish it.

HOW TO DO IT

Your next action

The public export contains no Ghost member controls, hidden referral database or tracking. Linking to a form requires a real destination you control.

MODULE 12 / PRACTICAL OPERATOR GUIDANCE

Put the loop into practice and review

Share your invitation only when it is relevant, requested or permitted. Record what was actually sent, said or clicked when you can know. Use the Observatory for honest results and your Territory for published owned assets.

HOW TO DO IT

Your next action

If the route produces no response, find out whether it was seen and understood before rewriting everything. Respect opt-outs and partner permissions.

Quick fixes if something goes wrong

The download button does nothing: check that your browser permits downloads and that required fields are complete. An external link does not work: enter the complete https:// URL in the editor and retest. The project reopens blank: load the editable JSON, not the published HTML. A separate-window preview is blocked: allow pop-ups for this file or use the inline preview.
